The profile needs attention error.
There are a few things that could be stopping you from transacting and the error “Your profile needs attention” would pop up when attempting to use a BTM, Good news is that it’s a pretty simple fix. We will need the following from you
- Any form of government-issued ID that has an issue date, expiration date, address, full name, or birth date is acceptable.*
- A selfie of yourself.

*If you do not have a valid government issued ID we can accept a passport as well. The same applies to Canadian residents.*
